Finance & Accounts Administrator - Part Time

We're looking for a detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Administrator to join our team. The job is located in our Dungloe offices.

Role Overview:
As a Finance & Accounts Administrator, you will:

  • Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations
  • Assist with payroll, budgeting, and financial reporting
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with financial regulations
  • Support the finance team with administrative tasks and ad hoc duties

Skills & Requirements:

  • Previous experience in finance or accounts administration preferred
  • Strong organizational and numerical skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel)
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
